We spent the 4th of July weekend at Uncle Kes's cabin at Panguitch Lake, Utah. It was a nice getaway from the hustle of the city. No cell phones and no interent was a welcomed change of pace! We went into Brian Head for some 4th of July festivities. The kids got a face painting and played in a jump house, and we ate some great junk food! Jeff and Tysen really enjoyed fishing and I got to spend some quality time with my little girl. This is a picture of the view outside the cabin. It is gorgeous. That view was one of my favorite things!
Jeff had to go to Battle Mountain for a work trip so we loaded up and went with him. It was so nice to see everyone, and besides discovering that Tysen suffers from motion sickness, it was a great trip! Tysen even got to see his first rainbow on the drive up there. We also visited Aunt Mara's new salon for a haircut! Here a couple of picture of Paige growing up way too fast! She loves her bumbo chair! Jeff and I also celebrated our 5 year anniversary on the 3rd. We look back in amazement at where we have come in just 5 short years.
